On 6-29-23, in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College and Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Affirmative Action policies at Harvard College and the University of North Carolina. This case eliminated the ability of colleges and universities to use race-based policies or affirmative action programs in the admissions process.
Additionally, after the Supreme Court’s anti-Black fair-admission’s decision, 13 state attorney general’s composed a letter bullying the top Fortune 100 companies that they better take heed to the Supreme Court’s decision, and if they use race-based practices in hiring, recruiting, retention, promotion, and advancement, they will be coming after them.
Like the Fortune 100 companies are really hiring or have a lot of Black people anyway . . . ? Yeah, right.
Yeah, I know, racist grown ass men acting like junior high school girls bullying a Black girl at the lunch table. You can’t make this stuff up.
But I digress.
Why don’t conservatives go after “gender-based” or gay policies? Hmmm, because gender and gay classifications are extensions of White supremacy expanding its power because these groups include and are run by White women and White gays; these organizations are all about White privilege.
Behind these racist efforts are conservative think tanks and organizations, chasing Black opportunity like a slave catcher’s plantation hound dogs chasing slaves in the 1800s. Today, they chase Black opportunity; however, they know that Black people are not the biggest Affirmative Action benefactors. And today the conservatives use Asian Porch Monkeys as the anti-Black slave catchers because so many “wannabe White” Asians are also anti-Black (some attacking Black women in nail salons; check out the videos online).
These Asian puppets, with their conservative backers, run around the country accusing colleges of enrolling less-qualified Blacks, preventing Asian students from getting into these schools.
So conservatives have successfully put a “Black Face” on Affirmative Action, using anecdotal stories about an unqualified Black person appearing to get something he didn’t deserve.
Well, we swim in an “ocean of racism” so finding the “needle in a haystack” stories about an occasional White person or Asian not getting into college because of someone Black ignores the Ocean full of Black people losing something every day because White Supremacy or racism. The refuse to even discuss the facts or that White women have been the biggest benefactors of Affirmative Action, not Blacks.
As soon as Affirmative Action was passed by Lyndon B. Johnson on September 24, 1965, by those receiving federal contracts and subcontracts, White men had their White daughters, wives, etc., go and get those government contracts. To this very day, White America plays the Affirmative Action bait-and-switch game on us, giving diversity resources to White women, while bragging about their diversity policies, meaning they fulfill their diversity goals by giving the resources to White females, which is a gender issue; thus, they avoid addressing anti-Black racism. This is the new American culture, sling the word “diversity” around and give the resources to White women and gays.
This bait-and-switch, discriminatory behavior has been practiced since post slavery in 1865 on, including rescinding Blacks “40 Acres and a Mule,” which is about the size of approximately 40 football fields, and bringing in White immigrants to take up the resources Blacks should get – and all this after free Black labor built the country, making America the world’s number one economic and military power. t
